DescriptionThe AEM 50-1230 is one of the highest-flow 39mm in-tank fuel pumps available, delivering 400 LPH @ 40 PSI (13.5V) to support 1,000 HP on gasoline. Engineered for high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles, it maintains strong output under pressure, flowing 330 LPH @ 70 PSI (13.5V)—sufficient to support around 870 HP on gasoline.With its compact 39mm body (same size as the Walbro 255), low amperage draw, and robust flow capacity, the 50-1230 is designed to replace many OEM pumps directly. This version features a double barbed 9mm outlet optimized for 3/8-inch ID hose, paired with an 11mm inlet for reliable fuel delivery. Every pump is individually flow-tested to ensure consistent performance.The AEM 50-1230 is 100% compatible with pump/race gasoline, ethanol up to E100, and methanol up to M100.
