Dingle Ring Brooch Pendant [ Cloosmore ] Found on the shoreline in the townland of An Chluais Mhór, Dingle by a walker. Believed to be 800 yrs old. Gothic lettering on the brooch is thought to be a type of code and also displayed clearly is the Knights Templar cross. The brooch may have held magical powers to protect against enemies and disease.
